Message	I had the exact same experience with downshift and usps. Same problem with creases, and promises to be replaced that did not follow through. Sent pictures of damage and 3 days later i had the same sturdy tube at my door. I couldn't even figure out how to open the package it was so strong. Big props to Travis, way to follow up on what i thought was a lost cause.
